Pest Spotter Trail at the Abbey – Discover the fascinating world of pests that can be found in historic buildings. Spot and learn about these tiny creatures and their role in the estate’s ecosystem.

Self-Guided Trails Across the Estate – Explore our scenic walks at your own pace with engaging trail activities designed for all ages.

Creative Colouring Activities – Enjoy colouring sheets available on the top floor of the Abbey—great for kids and families to get creative and learn about nature.

Accessibility

Some events take place on the wider estate, which is uneven and may be muddy. The walks will involve some slopes and uneven ground and will be slow, if you have any questions or concerns around accessibility please contact us. A buggy service is available to take visitors from the house and shop to the car park between 10am and 4.30pm (subject to volunteer availability).
