Composting Conversations with Generous Earth. This session will explore Bokashi food waste composting at domestic and commercial scale.
6pm on Thursday 9th January. This is the second informal FREE on-line evening event to develop understanding of this intriguing way to transform food waste and share tips on its practical implementation.
Who will benefit from finding out more about bokashi in this session?
Anyone interested in composting generally;
People who want to bring food waste from their domestic kitchens to the Generous Erath community composting sites;
People who don't have gardens or only have small back yards, but want to make their own compost;
Housing Associations and other social landlords;
Businesses who have food waste to manage.
