Learn how to work with nature to grow food for people and wildlife. This workshop based at Kintsugi Community Garden in Keyham is aimed at anyone wanting to grow their own food and create a good environment for wildlife to enjoy.
Tess Wilmot will be facilitating this interesting subject and will welcome questions and your own observations and experience. The garden will also give us a chance to observe different creatures using the site and look for signs of disease etc.
The event is FREE.
Bring gardening gloves if you have them and your own pack lunch. We will have hot drinks available and biscuits etc.
Growing Resilience is a Food Plymouth project helping us to look at the barriers to growing your own food and coming up with nature friendly solutions.
Kintsugi Community Garden is developing a cooperative way of managing the garden with people who love the space and help make it both beautiful and productive.
