About Event
An event particularly aiming to help people who know nothing about why we need to look at reducing our carbon footprint, biodiversity loss or our reliance on single use plastic or what they can do in their own lives without it costing them financially.
We realise people often need to prioritize their finances over their environmental concerns and we want to help them realise these things don't have to be contradictory.
There will be talks by local couple Mark and Jane Bullard about the ups and downs in their attempts to live sustainably as a family and environmental campaigner and author Dr Ruth Valerio. Plymouth Climate Choir will be singing between 12 noon and 1pm, during which time Friary Mill pasties will be available.
Coffee, tea, squash and home-made cakes wil be available throughout this drop in event.
