Make your home Future Fit – understanding damp and mould

Join PEC's friendly and knowledgable Advisors at this free interactive workshop to explore the issue of damp and mould in more detail and learn about how you can make simple changes to manage this in your home.

We will look at the different types of damp and common causes, as well as some steps you could implement at home to address damp and mould and prevent this in the future.

There will be plenty of opportunity for questions - we can't promise to know all of the answers to individual issues, but our core aim is that participants leave feeling more equipped to tackle damp and mould this autumn/winter.

By the end of the workshop we hope you will:

1) Be more confident in identifying the causes of damp​
2) Understand what measures can be taken to prevent or mitigate damp and mould ​
3) Be aware of the importance of changes in behaviour in managing damp and mould
