Discover the home of playful creativity! Join us for an inspiring visit to Plymouth Scrapstore, where creativity meets sustainability.
Start with a behind-the-scenes tour led by Charlotte, the Scrapstore Creative Connector. Explore the labyrinth of treasures rescued from landfill and learn how donations from individuals, businesses and community groups help power the local circular economy. Hear the story of how we began and why scrapstores are vital to a thriving creative community.
Then, let your imagination run free in a festive-themed making session! Using materials from our magical Christmas grotto, Charlotte will guide you in creating your own unique decoration to take home, giving resources a second life while celebrating the season.

This free workshop is open to all young people interested in climate action and making a difference in their community.
Please bring your curiosity, ideas and passion for the planet.
Open to ages 11-18, this exciting opportunity offers young people the chance to meet inspiring changemakers, build new skills and take real action on climate issues.
The group meets monthly to discuss climate-related topics, collaborate on creative projects, and engage with local organisations such as the National Marine Aquarium, Poole Farm and The Box.
Activities have included tree planting, upcycling workshops, and behind-the-scenes experiences at local environmental institutions.
