Organisation Bio

Colebrook is an adult social care organisation, specialising in mental health and wellbeing services to individuals and the community including:

Community-based support services that outreach to people across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
A range of supported accommodation projects across the city to meet different needs providing an important stepping stone to independence.
An out-of-hours peer support service for local people experiencing mental health crises.
Community centres offering support, health, and activities for hire and neighbourhood-led grant-funded activities.
One of Plymouth's Wellbeing Hubs providing support and advice to improve health, wellbeing, and skills.
Statutory health and social care consumer champion service, Healthwatch, across Devon alongside partner agencies.

About our climate journey

We are at the beginning of the journey, we have had an environmental plan for around 10 years looking at improvements we can make, but we are now looking at what it would mean for us to move that towards a more formal climate / net zero policy
