Who is Eligible?

This grant is available to households that:

• Do not use mains gas for heating
• Either live in an eligible postcode or have a total gross household income of £36,000 or less
• Have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rated D, E, F, or G (if you’re unsure of your rating, we can help you find it)

For rented properties and landlords:
