Mike is a dedicated Geography teacher who inspires students to protect the planet through hands‑on climate action, from rewilding projects to leading a thriving Eco Club at Hele’s School. He was nominated for his passion, leadership and tireless commitment to building a more sustainable, nature‑rich school community.

Helen is an outdoor learning champion who has transformed Hele’s School with a creative, inclusive and sustainable outdoor education space that connects every student with nature. She was nominated for her compassion, innovation and belief that access to the natural world can support both the planet and young people’s wellbeing.
